I love the idea that I can learn and grow whilst doing one of my most addictive activities, scrolling through Instagram. I usually feel like I should be doing something more productive with my time when I’m on Instagram. At the same time, I want to know what’s up with my people and my  favorite musicians and celebrities.   Learning/growing whilst finding out what’s happening provides a good mix, and less guilt, lol  😆.   This is a blog about 10 Instagram accounts that have helped me become a better person this year.  Shade Zahrai ( https://instagram.com/shadezahrai?igshid=YWJhMjlhZTc= ) - Shade Zahrai is a wonderful author, neuroscientist person who reads latest research on psychology and neuroscience and translates them into simple actionable tips. She told a particularly dreadful story that highlights the extent of this opposition, and if you’re familiar with news from about 8 years ago, you may remember this incident. I’d summarize it here. On a good day in December 2012, she received a phone call from her brother who said.. “Mum has been kidnapped”!  In Ngozi’s words, she was ‘stunned’. Who had she offended this time? Was it the ‘subsidy oil marketers people? some politicians? Pension...
